Jenny was so easy to work with and willing to show us a wide range of houses. She is a Charleston native and it shows. She was familiar with all the ins and outs of the many neighborhoods which made finding the perfect fit very easy. We decided on a new build and she really made that process so seamless by being the go between with the builder and the sales center. When we ran into a problem with the builder Jenny went to work and managed to get us some fabulous upgrades for our troubles. I know a lot of people who purchased a new build without an agent and it was a nightmare… we just let Jenny handle everything and she did. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

We had a great experience with Chris and his team. They’re great people and work extremely hard to take care of you. We purchased a new home and sold our home at the same time, and, surprisingly, it was a fairly smooth and fast process! Chris had our listing ready to go as we started looking for a new home (we did not want our house listed until we were under contract as we know it would sell fast), as soon as we were under contract, our house went on the market and had an offer within a week. The whole process was fairly stress free for us, which is not something you hear people say when buying or selling a house. I recommend calling Chris for your purchase/sale, you’ll be glad you did!
