Ashley Grandin has called Charleston home now for over 20 years. Brought here by our history (She originally worked at the Charleston Museum!) Ashley is witness to the city’s progression as it grew in tandem with the two children she and her husband, Jon, raised here. She dabbled in the past and the future as an antique store employee and a stay at home mom before turning her love of looking at houses into a career. With real estate agents scattered throughout the family, Ashley jokes that “it’s a family thing now.” She knows that it’s a privilege to help first time and seasoned clients alike realize their goal of buying or selling. She believes communication and hard work are the keys to any successful relationship, and for that reason, they are the foundation of her business.
