Nancy recently helped find us our first home. We started this process fairly wide-eyed and naive, having (in retrospect) only vague ideas of what we wanted in a “starter” house. Nancy guided us through a number of homes on our quest, always cheerful and warm, always enjoyable to be around - even when our extended family would tag along and deviating conversations became a little unwieldy (perhaps that was just me). She demonstrated impressive knowledge and professionalism, great enthusiasm in answering all of our questions, and uncommon patience for visiting houses for a second or third look when we were feeling hesitant. What we now own is not a simple starter house, it’s a home that excites us, and I’m struck by a feeling of contentment that *this* was the right decision. As a couple just getting out on our own, what seemed like a monumental task ended with us feeling very satisfied and confident. I can’t imagine having gone through this process without Nancy. We feel extremely fortunate to have met her, and she’ll always hold a special place with us. Highly recommend.
