About Jon

Jon has called the Lowcountry home for all 25 years of his marriage to Ashley, raising two kids on Johns Island and becoming intimately familiar with all the ins, out, joys, and quirks of this vibrant city. When it was time for Jon to retire from the restaurant business, he was looking for a way to continue serving people. Real estate was kind of a family affair with his mother retired from the business and Ashley venturing into it, so real estate felt like the natural next step for him. Now, he’s happy to bring expert guidance to folks across the Greater Charleston Area as a member of the Chris Facello Group.

I enjoy cooking for family and friends, I’m an avid sports fan and love to play golf when I have time. “

What Client Says

Slide

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Blair Halford as our agent! Blair was incredibly helpful and always willing to answer our many questions or advise us. We feel so lucky to have had such a caring and knowledgeable agent. He really went to bat for us during negotiations to make sure we got a good and fair deal and continued to guide us through closing. His suggestions were always spot on and we enjoyed working with everyone they recommended. We appreciate all the time he took to help us find the perfect home for us and navigate us through the area's market.
